That the organic law is drafted in compliance with the Paris Principles on the establishment and implementation of the National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) which has been endorsed by Thailand shall help to pave the way for the upgrading of NHRC from B to A in the future. It shall make NHRC an organization that the public can rely on in terms of the protection, upholding and promotion of human rights.
