หากไม่มีเหตุคลาดเคลื่อน วันที่ 8 ตุลาคม 2552 นี้ ในพื้นที่ที่ ‘คนข้างนอก’ มองว่า คือดินแดนที่คล้ายจะไกลแสนไกลจากคำว่า ‘ความสงบ’ จักบังเกิดช่องว่างเล็กๆ ของการตีความทางกฎหมาย ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่มักถูกมองจากชาวบ้านว่ายากจะเข้าถึง ช่องว่างที่ว่านั้น กำเนิดขึ้น เพื่อรอวันถ่างกว้าง สำหรับรองรับการเรียกร้องความเป็นธรรมของชนทุกเชื้อชาติ ทุกศาสนา ให้เข้าถึง ‘สิทธิ’ ของความเป็นมนุษย์อย่างทัดเทียม แม้คนผู้นั้น คือ ภารโรงชาวมุสลิมของโรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดยะลา ที่ ‘ครอบครัว’ ของเขา เฝ้ารอคอยความยุติธรรมมาไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี ……………. การหายไปของสามี
