ร่วมบริจาคเงินเข้ากองทุนประชาชนเข้าถึงความยุติธรรม
และเสวนาสาธารณะ เรื่อง 4 ปี การต่อสู้กับกระบวนการยุติธรรมไทย: กรณีตากใบและคดีอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย

แม้ว่าตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2549 กระทรวงยุติธรรมได้มีการจัดตั้งกองทุนยุติธรรมของรัฐขึ้นเพื่อช่วยเหลือและคุ้มครองสิทธิในการดำเนินคดีของคนยากจนที่ไม่มีเงินค่าใช้จ่ายในการสู้คดีในกระบวนการยุติธรรม อาทิ การวางเงินค่าธรรมเนียมศาล ค่าจ้างทนายว่าความในคดี ค่าประกันตัวเพื่อสู้คดีในคดีอาญา และค่าใช้จ่ายในการพิสูจน์หลักฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยเน้นการช่วยเหลือคนจนที่เดือดร้อนจริงและมีแนวโน้มเป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์ เพราะสำหรับประชาชนที่ยากจนเมื่อถูกดำเนินคดีไม่ว่าจะเป็นคดีแพ่ง คดีอาญา หรือคดีปกครอง จะเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้ยากกว่าคนที่มีฐานะร่ำรวย เพราะว่าการดำเนินคดีเหล่านี้ต้องมีค่าใช้จ่าย และเป็นนโยบายหลักของกระทรวงยุติธรรม ซึ่งได้เน้นย้ำเพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกคนได้รับความยุติธรรมโดยเสมอภาคกัน
แต่จากการดำเนินงานของกองทุนยุติธรรม ตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ.2549 ถึงปีพ.ศ. 2550มีผู้เดือดร้อนจากจังหวัดต่าง ๆ รวมทั้ง 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ยื่นเรื่องขอรับการสนับสนุนแล้วกว่า 100 ราย ส่วนใหญ่ร้องขอความช่วยเหลือเรื่อง ค่าทนายความ ค่าธรรมเนียมศาล ค่าประกันตัว(การปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว) และ บางรายขอให้ช่วยจัดหาทนายความดำเนินคดี คณะกรรมการฯพิจารณาอนุมัติความช่วยเหลือแล้วกว่า [...]
